Wording may be limited based on the design layout, however all wording can be changed to suit your wedding details.

Upgrade to Semi-Custom Plus for extra options in your suite:

• an extra round of revisions (revise the wording, or colors and materials selected)

• change the font in the design and choose a different one from our expanded font collection

• change the alignment of the design (left, right or center aligned)

• fully assembled invitations with sealed envelopes

• faster revision turnaround (updates made by us within 2 working days instead of 4 days)

All calligraphy details are done by hand, by Sara, and digitised for printing.

You can choose between calligraphy or typography (font) for your names. Additional calligraphy options may be available depending on the invitation design.

To customize your invitation design, choose the items you would like to order.

• Additional Cards – from booklets to rsvp cards, add on additional cards to complete your suite.

• Embellishments & Finishing Touches – Please see our ‘add on collection’ to select pieces such as wax seals and twine to incorporate into your invitation suite.

• Printing & Paper – Upgrade options are available for all printing methods and paper options. Please view our ‘printing & paper guide’ for details.

• Typically the whole process is 8 weeks plus shipping to you. This is fully dependent on your response time so the process may be a little faster or slower depending on your availability. We request a 3 day turnaround time for client responses to keep projects on track.

• Once you’ve approved your proofs, we require 4 weeks for production (additional time may be required depending on selected items).

Pricing is split into 2-3 payments (inquire for a buy now, pay later plan).

• 10% to book a date in our design schedule

• 50% due to begin your design

• Remaining balance is due before you order is sent to print

• Any additional outstanding balances are due before your order is shipped

Need your order faster than our turnaround times or need more time to finalize design, but want to speed up the printing process?

• Priority design and production may be an option depending on the items ordered and availability.

• Rush fees begin at 30% of the total order and are quoted per request.

Your final quantity is needed before items are sent to print. If you need to increase your order, these will be added to your invoice.

• We offer a low minimum order from 20 pieces with incremental increases in quantities of 20.

• Please ensure you order additional invitations for last minute guests, lost mail, and back ups. We recommend at least 8 to 10 pieces extra.
