Ordering Luxury Wedding Stationery

Navigating the world of luxury wedding stationery can feel like a journey in itself.
I’m here to guide you through every step.

Below, you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions, from our design process and order minimums to the essential timelines for your stationery design.

Invitations

  • To allow for design, printing, production and assembly, here are our guidelines for ordering your invitations:

    • Custom Design - 10+ months before your wedding day

    • Semi-Custom Design - 6 months before your wedding date (we generally cannot accommodate shorter timeframes however please enquire for our rush availability and pricing).

    • Ready-Made Design - 4+ months before your wedding day

  • Every celebration is unique since each couple has different needs and preferences. The quantity, printing methods, embellishments will vary for each wedding and directly impacts the pricing. Because of this, I prepare a tailored proposal for each inquiry. To help give an idea on pricing, here are some starting prices:

    • Custom Design begins at $2,800 for design, with couples typically investing $6,500+ for the design, production and materials

    • Semi-custom Design begins at $950 with couples investing $2,000–3,500+ for speciality printing and embellishments

    • Ready-Made Design begins at $675

    Send through an inquiry and I can share an outline of initial pricing once I know more about your needs.

  • I recommend ordering 1 invitation per household, plus 8+ extras for back ups.

  • Our production timeframes are based on the items ordered and begins once you have approved all proofs in your order.

    Here are general timeframes (please note shipping to you is not included in these production times):

    • Custom Design - at least 12 weeks for production

    • Semi-Custom Design - at least 4 weeks

    • Ready-Made Design - 2 weeks for digital printing, 3 weeks for letterpress

  • We can accommodate your invitation quantity, your final quantity is due before items are printed.

    For Ready-Made Design and Semi-Custom Design we offer invitations in increments of 20 pieces.

  • If there is availability, rush printing and shipping is an option. We are unable to rush the design of any order as this requires time to create based on your preferences, however we can generally accommodate a priority printing request, and provide rush shipping options.

    Rush frees begin at 30% of your order plus additional rush shipping fees.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide and offer complimentary courier invitation shipping (up to $250 in shipping value - flat rate applies after this $65 per order)

    General shipping timeframes:

    • US – 10 to 15 days

    • AUS – 8 to 10 days

    • NZ – 3 to 5 days

    Rush shipping options can be added on, please inquire for pricing.

Wedding Day Items

  • To allow for design, printing, and production, we recommend ordering your wedding day items 4 months before your wedding day.

  • Since every wedding is unique and has different requirements, pricing can vary. Because of this, I prepare a tailored proposal for each inquiry.

    Our clients generally invest $1,800+ for Semi-Custom or Ready-Made wedding day items such as menus and signage, however this varies greatly based on guest count and items ordered.

    Send through an inquiry and I can share an outline of initial pricing once I know more about your needs.

  • I recommend collating your guest information as they come in, and start planning wedding day items with the actual number of guests you invited.

    Depending on your items ordered, we generally finalize all guest counts and names 2 months before your wedding day. I encourage couples to account for people they hope will attend in the event the guests have not yet responded.

  • Yes, if you have ordered your invitations with us, I can absolutely cohesively design all your wedding day items.

    If you have ordered items elsewhere, we cannot guarantee a match with design or colors, but I will recommend styles that will suit your wedding day.

  • Shipping varies based on items ordered and their weight. Typically shipping fees are $15–30 for light weight/paper goods. Heavier and bulky items are typically $65.

    Rush shipping may be available, please inquire for pricing once your order is ready to ship.
