When you order with us, you’ll receive…

Your Invitation Suite

Your suite includes the invitation card, your choice of envelope with your address printed on the back, plus a response card for email or website guest replies. You can add on additional pieces, upgrade printing methods and paper materials.
Wording & Etiquette Guidance

As part of our design service, we’ll draft wording options for your invitations and provide guidance on what you need to know, plus answer your etiquette questions.
Design Options & Revisions

We’ll mockup your design with your curated colour palette and show you how finishing details can look! You can update your order quantity and make one round of changes to the wording plus add on finishing details before your order is sent to print.
Assembly & Shipping

Once your order is printed, we’ll organise and assemble your pieces, then we’ll ship it out to you with our standard or international courier (shipping is included with the pricing). You can add on expedited shipping options if needed!

SELECT & PERSONALISE

Select your favourite template, then explore our design guide to refine the details, including your paper, print method, colours and calligraphy style. You can also add embellishments such as envelope liners, wax seals and calligraphy addressing. Once you're happy with your selections, reach out to us for a proposal.

PERFECT & PROOF

After you've accepted our proposal, we’ll send you our design questionnaire. From there, we set-up your design and send it to you for pre-print proofing. You have one round of minor edits (e.g. wording, ink colour, paper options) to finalise the design before it’s sent to print.

PRINT & DELIVER

Once your design is printed, we’ll assemble your wedding invitation suite so it's ready for you to post. Once your order is packaged up, we carefully prepare it for delivery, and will be in touch with expedited shipping options if you’d like to add that on.

THE FINE PRINT

Schedule

We recommend ordering your semi-custom wedding invitations at least 5 months before your wedding date. We may be able to accommodate shorter timeframes if our schedule allows it. Rush production fees may apply.

Timeframe

Generally the process from start to end takes about 8 weeks and we’ll provide a timeline based on your order so you know what to expect. (This doesn't include delivery time. Estimated delivery time for New Zealand is 3 to 5 business days, international delivery is 15 to 21 business days.)

Cost

Semi-custom design has a minimum spend of at $3,000 NZD (USD $1,800 | Euro 1,700 | CDN $2,500 | AUD $2,700) includes international shipping (see currency converter ~ your country’s bank will determine the exchange rate at time of payment).
