To order the Waverly invitation, first enquire for a proposal. Once you’ve accepted a proposal and paid the retainer fee, you can submit your style preferences. You’ll receive a design proof of your invitations within 7–10 business days to approve before it is sent off for printing production.

Waverly Invitation Design

    • Personalized wreath with your initials

    • Invitations with digitally printed envelopes with guest addresses on front and your reply mailing address on the back

    • Your choice of white matte cardstock or upgrade to ivory handmade paper.

    • 1 revision round with minor edits to your wording, colors and selections

    • 1 photo realistic mock-up of your invitation suite

    • 2 printed keepsake suites (one for you as a heirloom, another for your photographer)

    • Complimentary courier shipping (up to $250 NZD).

  • All colors shown, paper options and printing are customized to your order.

    Wording may be limited based on the design layout, however all wording can be changed to suit your wedding details.

    Upgrade to Semi-Custom Plus for extra options in your suite:

    • an extra round of revisions (revise the wording, or colors and materials selected)

    • change the font in the design and choose a different one from our expanded font collection

    • change the alignment of the design (left, right or center aligned)

    • fully assembled invitations with sealed envelopes

    • faster revision turnaround (updates made by us within 2 working days instead of 4 days)

    • Typically the whole process is 8 weeks plus shipping to you. This is fully dependent on your response time so the process may be a little faster or slower depending on your availability. We request a 3 day turnaround time for client responses to keep projects on track.

    • Once you’ve approved your proofs, we require 4 weeks for production (additional time may be required depending on selected items).

  • Please enquire for a proposal with your best estimate (1 invitation per household).

    Your final quantity is needed before items are sent to print. If you need to increase your order, you can do so before you approve your design.

    • We offer a low minimum order from 20 pieces with incremental increases in quantities of 20.

    • Please ensure you order additional invitations for last minute guests, lost mail, and back ups. We recommend at least 8 to 10 pieces extra.
